Our Protein shake post workout yesterday!:) We worked out our arms like cray yesterday and we loved the burn!
- For this we took about 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 tsp of peanut butter (it was for both of us)
- Whey protein (depending on how much you use)
- and 1 ripe banana
- Some ice to thicken it since our banana wasn’t frozen
